At Printed Profanities, we make custom, made-to-order items with care. Due to the personalised nature of our products, certain return rights differ from standard consumer goods under UK law.
2. Made-to-Order & Personalised Products
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return or cancellation once the order has been placed, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
This includes any product that has been made to your specific instructions, such as custom text, colours, or designs.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or we’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Because our products are made to order, we begin processing shortly after an order is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to stop production.
